Need help identifying this Howard Miller clock.

Hi there. I would greatly appreciate any information about this Howard Miller clock.
When I purchased it I was told it was a George Nelson prototype with only 17 made for Howard Miller employees.
I'm wondering the year? Possibility of validating the above information? Any information would be helpful. Thanks!
