🙂
I do like the ladderax system, but I always found the handles to be a little fussy..I think each country had it's own version of this wall-unit.
Here in Belgium, there was something similar being produced by the firm Combineurop:

Well that was a good trip to...
Well that was a good trip to the thrift store!
I was able to find the ladders (4 in total) and all the hooks! I am gonna keep going back to check for shelves as I did not see a single one that went with this unit.
Question for you Ladderax owners, are these supported by the cabinets themselves? I tried to put them together in store to show a friend how they went together and it was super wobbly and wanted to fall over to one side. It's raining today so I have yet to put a cabinet on the hooks to find out myself, also I'm a bit hesitant to do it as I don't want a cabinet to break.

ladderax support rods
I'm not sure about the wooden ladders you have - i've not seen those before - but the support rods pictured should support any ladderax cabinets, shelving etc. if by chance you have any surplus rods of either dimension i'd be happy to take them off your hands.
good luck on your search for more components.

Ladderax
Ladderax DID make wooden ladders and yours are genuine. I don't have any (i think they look bulky) however I presume that the principle is the same as the metal ladders - you should be able mount the cabinets on the ladders and it all be secure. HOWEVER I have also seen anti-tip fixings especially for wooden ladders, so I am not sure whether the wooden ladders are in fact dependent on these to prevent collapse.
Check out these links:

Actually I finally opened...
Actually I finally opened the top drawer of the cabinet and found all the anti-tip fixings taped to the inside. Also the above catalog lists the wooden ladders underneath the metal ones, that's how I knew these were it when I saw them so thanks for posting that. I also assumed that both the desk type cabinets where the same but when I opened the other one it was in fact a record storage unit. Now to find those shelves! As for the metal hooks, i was so lucky as they were about to send them to the scrap yard. I saw them out the corner of my eye and basically jumped at them. I think more than a few got scrapped though because I only managed to get an uneven number.
Superdeluxe i will let you know if I don't end up using them, although chances are high that I just missed the shelves and they are still in the store somewhere. I noticed a few auctions for them on Ebayuk and dont see why these rods would cost too much to ship so good luck to you as well.

Once
you get more than one component on the structure becomes solid, so no problems there.
I notice, anyway, you have the free standing ladders, the majority of them lean against the wall on one foot, yours (with 2 feet) can be also used as a room divider (like the image I found on the net)
The one-footed leaning ladders come with holes to fix to the wall if desired, but I have never felt the need, and I have lots of stuff on my set up.
Congratualtions on finding the rest of the parts!
(The support rods are just on the maximum length allowed to be sent by Royal Mail AirMail Small Parcels, which makes posting overseas problematic)

Is the problem that UK...
Is the problem that UK sellers don't wish to post support rods? or that they do not wish to separate any rods from the lot and sell you them individually?
support rods as you've seen are integral to each component, so if you are missing them, you cannot use your shelf/cabinet etc. this is probably a reason why it's quite rare for them to come up for auction individually.
I would have thought that if the buyer pays the full cost of postage, sending around the world won't be an issue. And of course there are two lengths of support rods in ladderax, as there are two different bay sizes.

The Problem
as I've already said, is that the larger size is too large to fall within the dimensions for the Royal Mail Air Mail Small Parcels service.
It would be cheaper and easier to get new rods fabricated in your own location.

I don't see why it's a problem that the size exceeds RM small parcels, if the buyer is prepared to meet the higher postage cost in full?
When I sell stuff on eBay (not ladderax) I post things of all sizes around the world and will do so at any price so long as the buyer meets the full cost.
Spare shelves come up fairly frequently on eBay, here are a couple:

They
They would cost about £73 ($115) to post.
You work out the cost-effectiveness....
(I've been selling world-wide on eBay for 10 years)
