I don't know if these chairs have a name; however, they were manufactured by Castelli and designed by Giancarlo Piretti. I'm in the US, so I can't help you regarding where they can be purchased. I do occasionally see them listed on ebay. I think they're no longer in production.

They are great chairs. Comfy and they stack! I see them on occasion. They are not uncommon. I think they were a fairly common institutional chair back in the day
