NEW leather door pulls for a Florence Knoll Sideboard - no idea?

Hello,
I would like to change the old leather door pulls on my florence knoll sideboard... Do you know if Knoll still makes this kind of handles? Or where can i find a good ersatz?

1. Find an old leather belt...
1. Find an old leather belt that is the correct color, width and thickness (thrift stores are good for this). 2. Cut to the correct length (@2X actual length of pull-remove old pull to use as template). 3. Fold in half. 4. Punch two holes with an awl. 5. Attach to cabinet.
