Anyone know who designed or manufactured this sofa, the closest i can find is Robsjohn-gibbings, but not close enough! I'd like to find out what the original cushions looked like so I can get them made

And did you try looking for brazilian mid century sofas, like maybe Percival Lafer or Sergio Rodrigues. It is most certainly that. You can even see the ghosting where the leather upholstered arm draped over the wood as you would expect for Brazilian/South American MCM.

I've looked at those...
Percival Lafer is much flatter construction and Rodriges is much more organic. Fittings look like Lafer, however I can find an exact match...
