Factory stamps for Arabia Finland
You may wish to go on to the Arabia Finland site and check out their factory stamps page. This page will at least give you an idea as to what year the teapot was manufactured possibly narrowing down the designer. I had a vintage, mystery Kosta Boda piece about which I wanted information, and simply sent a picture and question to them asking for possible i.d. They were so kind as to get back to me with the year, designer and name of the vase's line. Maybe Arabia would be as kind.

Found it!
After some searching, I stumbled across arabia.kokoelma.fi/esine_tiedot.aspx and found that your teapot was designed by Ole Palsby in 1989.
