Just had to show of a pair of chairs I found to day, sitting wayyy in the back of the receiving area of the thrift store. I spotted what appeared to be mid century chairs. I told my friend about them and the we asked if they are for sale. He brought them out and my mouth dropped. I am in love. The upholstery isn't in the best of shape but they sure are stylish. Does anyone have info about the company or chairs? Every time I google I get all this new crap.
Well I didn't like sitting...
Well I didn't like sitting in a hole so I decided to try my hand at re upholstery. I found some fake leather that matched exactly and then I began rebuilding the chair. Couldn't find webbing so used the old and added some newer stuff on top of the webbing then new foam and batting. I think it looks better but I still have that virgo sense going that maybe I could have done a better job. Will do the other one tomorrow.
