this is the 'design addict' forum after all
I've had few repro's over time and I couldn't wait to unload them.....I felt dirty even being around them..lol

You won't find a more controversial conservative on this forum than I.
But that's neither here nor there.
Fact of the matter is if you're unable to afford an original pair of Barcelona chairs, you should find an alternative design that fits your budget. I can't nor would I shell out $10K for them if I could.
Point being that there's a veritable smorgasbord of design to choose from in our day and time. And for you to call someone else elitist for respecting the rights of an original idea(one of the things that makes our country great, or once did) is just laughable.
