Mulhauser Lounge with no arms?

I am picking this chair up tomorrow evening along with an eames replica.
Looks like Mulhauser, but with no arms. Am I missing something??
How difficult will this be to reupholster? I have somebody that does coushins etc for me..

Unless you have access to an upholsterer with specific successful experience in tight/tufted mid-century items just assume that it's impossible or highly unlikely you'd ever get a satisfactory result. It looks like it's already been shoddily redone, yes?
I certainly wouldn't trust any of the yahoos around my town to do it, anyway-
It won't be cheap to do it right either.
