Moreddi chairs- unstamped??  

Hi,
I am about to purchase sone classic moreddi chairs as seen in a design expo picture. They are the ones with the rounded back and angeled legs. However, the seller claims they do not have moreddi marking ( the classic two m pattern)- or any marking at all for the matter. They are supposedly from the fifties. He bought them at the same time as te matching table which did have the stamp. Ate these fake, or could they be authentic and not be stamped for some reason? I need the experts' advice, thanks
