Hi-
I am interested in making a few (up to 25) dollhouse sized miniature chairs that are based on 1950s modernist designer chairs. I will sell them in a local gallery/shop. Mine are not exact copies, but "spoofs".
I see that there are a nunber of dollhouse miniature websites that make named designer minis. See:

But then there's THIS site (VITRA) that makes a point that at leasst some of their miniatures are licensed:

But I wonder how concerned I should be about copyright infringement since my minis would be spoofs??

miniatures
Thanks,
the spoof aspect probably nixes any trademark/copyright concerns I might have.
But I wondered how one dollhouse miniature maker has obviously unlicensed minis while another makes a point that they sell licensed minis?
I am trying to find out if there has ever been a lawsuit involving miniatures of famous furniture designs?
