Hello guys,
my mother bought this sofa on Ebay Germany. Today, she was at the sellers home with a troop of helpers, but they couldn't get the damn sofa into the elevator. The stairs were also no option, at some point the sofa just would not fit around a corner...
As of now, the easiest option seems to be "taking the sofa apart", i.e. removing one of the armrests/sides. But neither the people she hired to move the sofa, nor the seller know how to unscrew or disassemle the armrest.
Maybe someone could provide information on this sofa. Does it have screws and where could these be "hidden"? Or is this sofa glued together?
It is this model: Minotti Jagger
- bought in 2008
- its the model with high armrest and high back
- size: 233cm x 104cm (~ 92in x 41in)
Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
Kind regards,
Bobrowniki

If it got in surely it can get out? Then again if a team of German removalists are struggling maybe not.
Often the arms would be bolted to the body of a sofa like this, it could have been assembled then a screening fabric stapled to the underside. I'd unpick that and see if you can access any fasteners from the underneath.
