Possibly but there at least two other companies producing sofas just like it. I can answer better tomorrow after I check the tags on the ones I recently bought that are similar but round / cylindrical legs.

yes it does have the elastic...
yes it does have the elastic bands with the chrome hooks on the sofa and the chrome rings on the cushions.

well then I would say its definitely a Thayer Coggin / Milo sofa.
