Sadly, it's time to part with this piece, but I don't know how to go about doing it. I live in a Chicago suburb, don't want to have to arrange for shipping and was hoping someone could help direct me on how to sell this great piece without getting taken. Any info on the piece itself would be appreciated as well.
From my research, I believe it is a Milo Baughman for Glenn of California credenza/sideboard with matching bookcase/hutch (separate piece). The top drawer is engraved "Glenn of California" on the left hand side. Structurally the pieces are in great condition. Appearance wise it has scratches on the top surface, some veneer strips missing on both sides, and the four legs are not original (and one of the replaced ones is broken). Inside, the piece is in great condition and has all the original dividers, and the fabric on the side door may be original as well. It would be a fantastic piece with some refinishing/reveneering.
Any advice on pricing or how to sell this piece would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Any thoughts on Pricing?
Thank you for your suggestions. I contacted Salvage One in Chicago. Not sure if it's right for Wright, with the blemishes and all. If I pursued Craigslist, any ideas at all at a listing price? Again it's not perfect, but could be great if someone wanted to refinish.
Contact the shops in Chicago...
Contact the shops in Chicago that specialize in mid-century modern. Some shops take consignments even though they don't advertise it. They'll have a good idea of what it's worth. Your take will be 50-70% of the selling price, which is comparable to what you'd get if it was sold at auction. The difference is that the selling price at auction could be lower than the value unless they put a reserve on it. It just depends on who's there and what they're willing to pay. In a shop you can let it sit until the right person comes along who's willing to ante up.
