WHat the hell does "milly mod" mean and where on earth did that wretched phrase come from? There is a seller on CL who uses this term for his batch of shitty, undesigner, cheap retro crap. Whenever I see this term it makes me want to rip my hair out. I am normally not this dramatic. There is just something oddly irritating about it...

So what is it and who is responsible? Tell me. Their family is not safe.

Never heard of "Milly Mod"....
Never heard of "Milly Mod". "Bo-Ho" is another which I'm not entirely clear on what it references.

Not as bad as it looks.
Nearly all the Google hits are for Milly brand clothing in "mod" prints. A search that excludes the clothing seems to show that that Craigslist seller in Austin is the only person using "milly mod" to describe furniture.

"Milly Mod" is hep-cat slang for "millennium modern".
