Mid century modern chairs?

I was helping a trend move some things out of his grandparents estate, I spotted these chairs and thought they were interesting.They have no markings, can anyone identify these and can you give a fair value? They look All original but the padding is gone and probably need recovered.ThanksDave

I think it is far better to consult some experts and carpenter that can well identify the wood and the chances of getiing good money is not very high since you have told that padding has gone and look and finish I feel is not of that kind.
