I might be wrong but it pretty much looks like Eva chair by Niels Koefoed for Hornslet.

There will be a stamp on the inside of the side rails.

Thanks for the help. I found the stamp. Where would I look on the table? Its a round table with a single leaf about 24" wide that can be added.

possibly Svegards Markaryd if you can lift up the seat. I am unsure if they are early knockoffs or original license.

Svegards is the maker, markaryd is the town in sweden.
The table would be easier to id if you have a picture

Do you know if Svegards had a connection to Hornslet or any other recognized designers for that matter? I have a set of ladder back chairs dated to 71 that look awfully similar.

Svegards is swedish and Kofods (hornslet) is danish.
No connection at all.

I believe Svegards had the same connection to Koefoeds as Benny Linden did:

The quickest and easiest way to differentiate at a glance the Koefoeds Eva arm chair from the other two is that that armrest support goes all the way down to the side stretcher and ends with a bulbous joint. The framing is also more slender and elegant in general, but that may not be apparent with only a quick look or poor internet photos.
