Last weekend, I picked up a mid century Peter Hvidt style chair at a vintage store as a refurb project. Upon poking around the internet, I thought I successfully ID'ed it as a Lane Perception 222-70 dining chair.
However upon closer inspection, the frame details do not exactly match the 222-70 photos I've seen online. In particular, the turned legs step out to a larger diameter at the seat rails in mine, versus the smooth no-step details for the 222-70. Additionally, the chair is marked 305-70 underneath.
I know that the Acclaim line had two style numbers (900- and 301-), but I cannot find any reference to a Lane style number 305-, related to Perception or a similar era style.
Any Lane experts out there that can help me? Here are some poor quality iPhone photos showing the above. Thanks.

Well, I guess I found a partial answer to my own question. I just came across a photo online that shows both frame styles in the same chair set.
I'm not sure why they would go with two details here. The stepped version makes it look more American, to my eye at least.
The different style number is still confusing to me.
(edit) - upon closer inspection of the photo, the top part of the legs are actually the same size, with the step resulting in a smaller diameter leg below.
