Mid Century Danish Chair

I was wondering if anybody has idea about this chair. Was purchased somewhere between 1959 and 1963 it is approximate 40 1/2 inches wide has a seating height of approximately 12 1/2 inches with the backing of 26 1/2 inches. Seating depth is approximately 20 1/2 inches.
This is the original material showing in the photograph I believe it was purchased through Anton Dam in Denmark. There is no markings whatsoever to indicate designer or manufacture.

Kurt Østervig for Schillers Polstermøbelfabrik, I believe.

Yes, the chair is designed by Kurt Østervig for Schillers Polstermøbelfabrik
