Looks like other than McCobb to me... here is why:
The wood appears to be mahogany, and maybe a veneer?
The pulls aren't quite the same shape as the common cone ones.
The bevels around the front edges aren't right.
I would be amazed if this was a Planner piece. I bet 20 its something else... any takers?

Research says many people copied or made similar furniture to McCobbs planner line. I think you could easily say its Brown Saltman, but who knows? I scour all the Planner info I can find. I have stacks of old home magazines, and many people made similar things to the Planner line.
There is someone other than McCobb that was putting out cabinets with those funky pegboard sliding doors. Ever see the adds for "The Country Workshop"
I say the wood grain looks to be something other than maple. That is a big indicator.
