Hey, guys:
If anyone likes and collect the wonderful Paul McCobb Planner Group collection from Winchedon, I have a really cool four-sided folded brochure which identifies all of the pieces available when this brochure was produced (don't know the specific date....remember the Planner Group collection was THE best selling modern furniture of the 1950's in the USA).
Would anyone like to have a copy of this brochure? There's no book on this cool furniture and this resource is quite rare.
Lemme know.
Barry
Hi
I have one of these...
Hi
I have one of these alredy, but is yours an early or late one? You can tell by the legs (early had lots of iron) and the handles / pulls on the drawers were T shaped on the early stuff. If its mid 50s, it probably is the one with mostly maple legs, and ring pulls on the drawers. Later than mid 50s is square legs and cone shape drawer pulls. So if you can send a picture, send to donsof at yahoo.
thanks
