I've been looking at the Marcel Breuer rattan chair, and I noticed that there are 2 manufacturers of this chair.
Thonet
http://en.shop.thonet.de/work/seminar/range-s-32-s-64
Knoll
http://www.knoll.com/product/cesca-chair
Looking at their catalogues, it is clear that Thonet does a lot more tubular steel furniture (and bent wood of course) while Knoll has only got the Cesca chair, Wassily chair, and Laccio table.
Apart from slight variances in dimensions (as reflected on the manufacturers' websites), does anyone have any experience with both? Which is "better', more hard wearing, better made?
