795000GBP seems pretty inexpensive for the only Breuer-designed house in Britain; around here, that's the price of a 150 square-meter Eichler in a good school district.
Does "Grade-II listed" mean it's designated as a historical landmark and can't be altered? Does it obligate the owners to maintain the property in a certain way?
I
think the price is pretty reasonble too!
There are a couple of different types of Grade 2 listings(I've lived in a listed building so know the headaches)
Any alterations to the fabric of the building needs consent, and if it's grade 2* you need permission to alter the interior in any way too.
