MCM Leaf Table ID help? Any thoughts?  

Okay, just picked this set up. Bottom of table stamped in black "made in denmark". 
The 4 chairs are pretty nondescript. Teak? 
They're all in desperate need of a good cleaning and new upholstry. Bottom of one chair marked with a date and a faint "K M 2"
Thoughts? Feelings? Is this thing on?

Oiled, prettied and reupholstered. 
Not too shabby.

The chairs are stained beech.  They look much later.  The table looks like a fine specimen of a common Scandinavian design.

Thank you Leif! I was curious about the wood. Much less figured than the teak. I'm still definitely learning characteristics of different woodgrain. Thanks for the wood ID.
