Hi - I have searched quite a bit, but can't find a list of all Kartio colours ever produced. Does anyone have a link they could share?

Just to clarify: I'm looking for a list of colour names (and numbers, if possible), including all discontinued and special issue ones (like the dark lilac one for Stockmann sold this year) ever produced.
