FWIW, to my knowledge the only 2 manufacturers Johansson-Pape designed lamps for were Stockmann/Orno and the renowned glass manufacturer Iittala, Finnish companies both..btw there's no mention of this model in the publication "Lisa Johansson-Pape" by the Museum of Finnish Decorative Arts (1986) - which, by no means, is complete - but also, no mention of any her designs/models being licenced to other companies, here in Finland or abroad.
I often see these lamps attributed to her on foreign auction pages and the like but, oddly enough, I've never come across these here in Finland - unlike her other models, which are plenty as she must've been the most productive Finnish lamp designer ever. But surely, if it has been documented in "1001 Lights" (need to check it out when I get home) the manufacturer has to be Iittala as acrylic & metals were the materials of choice for Stockmann/Orno. So (unless I'm proven wrong) I would choose to think - assuming this model really is by Pape - that the other companies' products/lookalikes mentioned here should be considered as "adapations" rather than authorized/licensed products.

This more unusual form is currently up on Ebay, listed as a Pape lamp produced by Iittala.
