According to New Scientist magazine, most people will live in very tall skyscaper cities, because there will be so little habitable land on Earth.

If so, then United Architects would...

Jyri, if you
already have your apartment in the sky on hold for the coming Global Climate Disaster, could you please save two single beds for Olive and I. Because we think it would be really fun to live with you.

I will take my chances
I will take my chances in a "Führer Bunker" type situation with independent energy generation and "hard line" communications. Based on that dire prognosis I suppose guest will not be welcome.

Once "The Climate Change" wreaks its havoc...
Kevin Costner is going to take over the world.

Even worse happened at the end of Nicolas Cage film "Knowing".
In my opinion, it had too low age rating.
But speaking of movie theaters, their architecture, Tennis Palace from Helsinki Summer Olympics was many decades in poor condition. However, in late 1990s it was succesfully transformed into multiplex cinema, the Art Museum Tennis Palace and the Museum of Cultures.

Indeed, Riki, Indeed!
Jyri lives in a special climate all of his own making! What goes on in that man's brain is a festival of the bizarre! I love it.

If ancient Mayas were right, and our civilization ends in...
...the year 2012, how about London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games (they plan to use Millennium Dome also) and World Expo 2012 Yeosu?
And how can Helsinki be World Design Capital then?
What comes to Climate change, I'm living in third floor and Aspergers are rarely very self-sufficient, so I will probably not be last survivor.

A red giant is no fun, but there...
...is at least some hope for all survivors in Waterworld. Kenner toy company was probably first victim.
Waterworld action figures were poor-sellers, and Hasbro took over company before the end of Second Millennium.
According to Mad Max movie trilogy, punk rules future vehicle design and architecture of post-apocalyptic cities resemble Mario Merz's igloos.
