Legit Milo Baughman lounge with ottoman?

I bought this several year ago at goodwill for 13 dollars. I love the chair but I wonder about It's authenticity/history. The first tag is from under the chair and the second is from under the seat cushion. I have not found one like it on the net. Any info would be great. This is my first post here so if the images do not come through...bear with me. Thanks

Looks like the real deal
Both labels match. Milo Baughman did chairs for Thayer. Why are you doubting its authenticity?

its definitely legitimate. One tag just has the construction details and manufacturer, the other has the designer details. Thayer Coggin manufactured a lot of Baughman designs.

Doubts..
Well, I guess it seemed to good to be true. I have newbie eyes for all of this so I guess I just needed a confirmation of sorts to make me feel warm and fuzzy. I also recently purchased another chair that will prove to be a bigger challenge and will post those photos soon. Thank you for the responses.
