Well, I've seen a sofa at a store which is getting rid of it's stock.
The sofa was in the utility room of the shop, a brandy-colored leather,
overstuffed model, like you see with these vintage, seventies Italien models
(busnelli, b&b, ...)
On each side (left and right) there are two metal rings pressed in the leather, next to each other, I think for ventilation or releasing air, when sat in the chair.
These rings form a sort of esthetic detail.
I couldn't take a pic and could not have a close peek, but just heard the owner would be interested in selling this to me.
Do you have any idea what brand or designer this could be?

Why not go back and take a picture and is it vintage or just looks like a vintage style.
I am not aware the design as you drew it but this Bellini is similar just for interest sake.
