just a shot in the dark type guess based on your description and photo-error question mark icon? Okay, I guess I'll play.
It's an old red Krueger fiberglass armchair with a DIY woven suede cover tied around it. This cover has multicolored clay beads tied in on the chair's back to form a peace sign, and it has eight inch fringe.
This chair is a highly collectable, one of a kind relic; perhaps it is even appropriate for use in staging a contemporary period-70s TV show.
(dancing bikini-clad models enter stage, applause sign flashes)
