Start simple. Plastic.I got the Walter Eichenberger Ergastolo folding screen for Artemide last month. The condition is excellent. This is the sellers photo.I also purchased four (4) Philippe Starck Bubble Club armchairs in lemon yellow and a Bubble Club 3-seat sofa in terracotta for Kartell from a local Craigslist seller. The screen was examined, admired and packaged for storage. The Bubble Club is heading further south to the other home. I am in for just under $1,100.00.

that bird print is pretty awsome object! and thats alot on vinyl!
My old design college had the philippe starck armchairs in a small relax space which replaced some very ugly but comfy plush chairs thats students would push together and sleep on during studio finals. Since then i delveloped a negative connotation towards them. haha
I had some decent luck during a work break today. Found an owl bank by Bennington Pottery, Oiva Toikka vase by Iiitala, Glo Ball lamp by FLOS Italy, Bitossi vase, Krenit bowl, some Heller plates, and a ceramic shepherd(?) figurine that I know nothing about thus far. The only thing with chips or damage is the Krenit bowl. The Glo Ball lamp was all of $2 at the Goodwill Bins.
I had another good day thrifting today. A second Bennington Pottery owl bank (this one had yellow marbles glued over the eyes, which I removed using some hot water), a Richard Nissen teak cheese serving board I have not seen before, a small cast iron box from Japan, and 18 pieces of Arabia Ruska. The Ruska set was $20.
