niceguy
Great fabric panels there, particularly the faceted figure/ground blocks.
I have actually considered purchasing the concentric Tampella rainbow hearts in the recent past (held it in my hand and gave it the ol' close eye) but the seller wouldn't drop below 20X what you paid, great deal!
My killer finds this last weekend were all music equipment stuff. Recording devices, PA, cables, cables, cables, fine leather straps etc.

This week I received this...
This week I received this Tony Paul tiered table by Woodlin-Hall. The old lacquer needs to be re-done, and I am not sure if someone spray painted the ball feet, but I think the work it needs is pretty minimal. I have wanted an example of Tony Paul's work for a while, and am happy with this.

that too
objectworship,
Thank you for those kind words. After cleaning and re-mounting (I am considering linen backing - similar to a poster) they will look great on the wall.
That same day I also purchased a NAD AM-FM stereo tuner 4020A for $5.00 (immaculate and fully functional). I will eventually find a power unit and suitable speakers to use in the garage (when working outside).

I once
had that exact NAD box. Loved it
I have been playing with class t amps lately. I have my bose 901's (series II) hooked to them and they sound really quite good! Added a subwoofer and have a good, cheap, attractive setup. And you have to love the tulip bases.

I stripped the old peeling lacquer from the wooden trays of my Tony Paul table, and sprayed on a new coat.  It came out really well I think.

Very nice.  His pieces are usually found in pretty rough shape due to heavy use.

Nice desk Jesgpord. The return attaches to the desk via a metal bracket. Take a look on the underside of your desk top and if you see a hole there it originaly had the return. They were offered with and without and I have seen an equal number of each version.

That is a Catherineholm enameled tea kettle and serving bowl. The forms were designed by Grete Prytz Kittlesen and lotus pattern is attributed to Arne Clausen.

Nice color!  I love the zebra striped pieces, too.
(I just want to add here for any newbies reading: Cathrineholm is pronunced ca-TREEN-holm, not Catherine Holm. In case you want to be authentic.)  /pedantic

Okay at a garage sale I just got this ridiculous 13" bust, it's mounted on a walnut block and it's painted antique gold and it's nice and heavy and strangely handsome in a kitsch 1960s decorator kind of a way and I thought first CHOPIN? but I wasn't sure so I asked the lady and she thought BEETHOVEN and I became excited because SCHROEDER has BEETHOVEN on his piano and that's great and I negotiated a reasonable deal and I drove around the town with my bust next to me in my coupe and I was happy until I stopped and realized that the stupid thing is actually
BACH
and though I have no particular affinity for BACH I suppose I'll have to make do somehow.  Oh, the suffering.

I got a Slinky too!
