Later "Nelson" clocks from the 60s & 70s that no one seems to care much about, or "Nelson Clocks For Poor People"
I have these two, first was $2 from a flea market (pic stolen from Treadway), second was found at a yard sale (pic stolen from DA, see link).
I imagine that demand for these styles will increase as time goes on.

thank you for clock thread, objectworship
And I really love that blue in your rocker, woodywood. I was watching William Lidwell's lectures on color when I saw your rocker and he ended with blue--gave it the pride of place, actually.
I'd love your rocker and a black desk (I'm dreaming) after seeing that great Aalto here. MoMA now has a black Albers desk; they're pricey.
1076
That's a great sectional series, it makes tons of modular sense. If the ottomans are from the same group, they'd be good on the ends as you've currently got it arranged, super-comfortable nice deep chaises...
I don't recognize the fabric on the EC 127 at the edge there, did you reupholster it? If so, how/how did you get it back together?

The ottomans are 1076 as well. For as large as it is, it isnt that overwhelming even with the ottomans. It could use new cushions, but the original fabric is a great color.
The 127 fabric is not original. Picked up 8 for dirt cheap. I pulled apart the seat on one and it seems relatively straight forward. The piping isnt sewn into the fabric. So im thinking a good adhesive and clamps should work. At least I'm telling myself that until I start.

That's a good question. The one I found in the trash five years ago is at my weekend house....this one is in my apartment in the city and likely to stay there. I will measure and compare when I next head out East. This one does not have the rubberized coating like the first one I found. The enamel is flaking and chipped and overall shows lots of "honest wear". No question in my mind now, that this is an original and the first one I found, the short-lived Modernica re-issue.
Apologies for the terrible pic....
but I have not even unloaded these yet.
Pair of Borge Mogensen Spanish chairs. They were ungodly expensive, but it was hard to say no to the blonde Dane who sold them to me. Original original from the town of Fredericia, home of Fredericia Furniture A/S.
