living in the middle of ...
living in the middle of tornado alley can be somewhat difficult but it is no more different than living on the earthquake prone coast, or the huricanes of The Gulf you get use to it is the price you pay for where you want to live,
but it is location location location, my home is 5000 sq ft two story, mid century design by a famous architect
if the home was in Beverly Hills maybe 6 to 7 Million, in Connecticut 5 million or River Oaks in Houston 5 million
The structures price is the same here or there it is the price of the dirt.

Well put LRF. It is the...
Well put LRF. It is the price of the dirt.
Obstacles everywhere.
What one is willing to pay.
View, neighbors, A new highway!
Quality of life is most important no matter where one resides.
I had another tree fall last night, crazy storm.
No drought in NY but crazy thunderstorms. We all get
the odd weather.
Anyone suffering a catastrophic disaster needs help and international
aid to help massive loss of life.
We are all vulnerable.
Nice house though. 2 mil anywhere near NYC.
