overstock.com offers an Le Corbusier Basculant knockoff ("Metro chair") for US$180. Unbelievable. Is this some kind of a scam? I wonder who makes these. Do you think they will look as cheap as they cost?
Also, they offer a "Gus Delano"-compatible chair under the name "Lexington Avenue chair".

Seeing as though it is hard...
Seeing as though it is hard enough to find quality leather replacements for $180 I would guess that the chair would have a very cheap aesthetic.

There is also a white version for $160.00
They look nice at a cheap price. If you look in their chair section, you will see the white one. The shipping is really cheap too, worth a try.
