I found a stacking set of three shallow bowls with black bottoms and small semi circular handles, each having a different color of enamel interior: red orange, lightish yellow, and medium turquoise. Combination points to Krenschel/Krenit and the overall look and quality sure seem Scandinavian from The Day. Can anyone confirm whether Krenit bowls were ever made in this style (kinda like mini-woks?). Or what the make is? I see them on EBay but no seller ever seems to know source. And any possible stamp or mark is long gone. Tak!

They are pans.....not bowls....
They are pans.....not bowls. Many sets made in Poland (not Krenit) but Krenit did make a version of these as well. The removable handle has the Krenit mark and the pans have a made in denmark sticker. See link

Thank you Jesgord. I think...
Thank you Jesgord. I think you are on the right track. The three I have do not have the thin chrome top protective edge seen on the Yugoslavian made pans. They have blunt edges, like Cathrineholm or Dansk, or Finel. Would that be a pretty good indication that we're talking Krenit? I don't have the handle, but I have a foggy memory of that rather nifty design idea, from books maybe, and it sure could be fun looking for the handle for the next 20 years!!!

I've seen these...
...with the edge you're talking about. I've seen them both unmarked and marked Made in Poland---same exact pans.
The exteriors are a glossy black enamel whereas Krenit pieces are always a flat black. At least from what I have seen.
They're nice, though. I used to have a set but gave it to one of my daughters.

Another possibility is...
Another possibility is French origins. I've had the rare occasion of finding Krenit styled enamelware stamped "Made in France" on the underside...even Japan. This stamp was usually in white or black and easily scraped off. To add to Spankys comment, Krenit bowls also have a unmistakable and very pleasing heft to them...whilst the others are more buoyant.
