Kofod-Larsen monograph: is there one?

Is there a monograph on Kofod Larsen? He has some wonderful accomplishments, but I've yet to come across any written background or detailed listing of his work. Anyone?

I've looked for it too - with no results. He isn't popular - though he is more popular today than before it seems.

I've forgotten about this posting...
Yeah, he isn't wildly popular with collectors...which is a shame since he seems to have a respectable international porfolio of work. In addition, this being a early assumption, seems as if he went with the flow rather than pioneering like some Scand. Design notables. Thats why I was hoping to find a monograph and dig in to learn and see more....Did he do anything outside of furniture?
I'm sure someone is/will be writing a retrospective.
