I came across this photo of a Selig catalog online, and the chair on the left is one that is almost always identified as being a Kofod Larsen chair, but on this catalog page the designer appears to be clearly identified as someone else (although I can't quite make out the name -- Johnson?) The chair on the right is identified as being Ib Kofod Larsen, on the other hand, and I can make out that name, despite the limitation of the image's small size.

One would probably need to see the page more clearly to be sure, but it certainly does seem to say "Designed by Dan Johnson", who did the two chairs posted by foxxxy.
