My Knoll Saarinen Tulip dining table  (white laminate  top, metal base ) is chipped and dinged up on foot.  Everything else is pretty  good for the age (50's). I've had a glass top on it for a long time which has helped tremedouslyHow badly would the condition of base devalue it ?Would it be better or worse to repair it? Thanks so much! eek

Are you sure that it is a Knoll table?  From this angle it looks more like a Burke to me...

Yup.

Not Knoll.
Remove the glass top.
Ignore the chipped base.
Don't eat deer meat.
Hug your plumber.
Don't forget to vote.

Best,
Aunt Mark
