Does anybody know who manufactured this wacky lamp I just found?

Thanks for your efforts.
I was thinkin' the same. It reminds me of Majestics I've had from the 50's. But after some research I found out the Majestic Company closed in 1963. This has to be a 70's, probably late 70's, lamp (the plug is not 50's, 60's or late 80's on). Also the condition of this lamp is excellent, plus the swoosh is made from square stainless.
