I just bought a little black plastic chair with aluminum legs marked Umbra and designed by Karim Rashid. I'd like to find out when it was made. It has a couple little dials on the bottom. One points to 9. The other points to 25. The one pointing to 9 also has two zeroes. How do you read these dials? 9.25.2000?

I'm starting to like him...
I'm starting to like him just a "tad" more than before. I still think he's quite overrated in his designs and I haven't really seen anything he's designed that says "WOW" and for some reason, almost all of his designs look like they have been slightly modified from other designs that I have seen somewhere before. However, he's starting to design products that aren't pink and plastic and preditable, so he's getting a little bit better.
