Hi all. I'm looking for some advice on replacing the webbing on my chairs. I'm not sure what type of webbing it is. Looks like rubber, but not sure. It's very dry and brittle and measures (at the thickest part) 1.5" wide. If it's rubber, should I replace it with rubber? Or, can I use jute or another type of webbing. Thank you, Mike

Pirelli
The chair seats are done with a pirrelli webbing which you can order from most good upholstery suppliers.
Dont use anything other as this tends to get very saggy in a really short time or simply not have the tension that pirrelli has.
