Jacques Tournus  

Has anyone heard of Jacques Tournus? I stumbled across a coffee table of his that I really liked (it was on 1stDibs for a few thousand). I've since seen the same table come up on ebay.fr quite frequently (once a month-ish) and selling for under $300 dollars each time. I'm not from France (I was on ebay.fr for the distinct purpose of looking for Tournus tables), so I don't know how big of a name he is (or was) there. Has anyone on the forum heard of him? Has anyone on the forum who's from France not heard of him? The table below (1954) is the one I'm lusting after. The chair pictured is from 1950. That's about the extent of his work that I've been able to find...I like.
