I dont know the name of the chair or the designer but that looks like a chair I have at work which I think is from Denmark.The one I have has green button back upholstry.I will have to check and see if it has a 4 spoke or 5 spoke foot

I believe it's manufactured...
I believe it's manufactured by Asko (in the late 1960's/early 70's) a Finnish company also behind the classic Aarnio/Tapiovaara etc. pieces; as far as I know the designer for this chair isn't documented/known..the original cushion seems to be missing..

They are def a different chair,the curves are not the same and also the one I have has a wood effect on the legs/feet
