Does this RFSU Rehab manufacturer have anything to do with that Swedish pamily planning organization RFSU?

Yes Yyri
It is indeed the same organisation that started in the early 1930 to inform people about anything related to sex and provide them with a growing number of sex related products from strictly functional to different levels of added pleasure.
It seemed natural that the same humanistic approach would extend their efforts to handicapped people.
Actual manufacturing did not start before 1972 and even more recently, just before the turn of the century they changed name and became Etac. Etac is in part owned by RFSU and the other part 60% is owned by Nordstjernan, which if my memory serves me well is a insurance company, but I am not sure.
I am not sure that the cutlery is not in production anymore but you will find better infromation looking for Etac than for RFSU Rehab. Good luck
