Although this piece is very unasuming and rustic and primitive it, admitidly, probably, has zero value to anyone outside of my cranial confines. However, what could have been found inside this box in the mid-1920's were the hopes and dreams and belongings of a 14 year old swedish kid emigrating to the U.S. with his mother. Lennart Oka Euguene Lindblad is the reason we carry on the Swedish traditions of Glogg, Smorgosbords, Pickled Herring, Dala Horses, and Whistling records by Jan Lindblad within our family. The piece is very unasuming and rustic and primive. But it means everything to me.
Thank Absolut for this post.

Thanks in advance.

Sorry for the bad picture. ...
Sorry for the bad picture. It is a bluegreen color with two locks. Nothing inside. Pine T&G 3 inch boards. Built in handles on the side. Very ordinary. My grandfather, AKA Morfar (mother's father in swedish)was a craftsman and used it for storage. He put casters on it which I removed.
Thanks for asking.
