I saw this in a shop and the owner didn't know who designed it. I'm hoping someone will. It adjusts outward and forward as seen in the pics. Thanks in advance.

My God, thats possible the ugliest thing i have seen in the Design world to date, the last pic. looks like an abstract form of someone laying prostrate, yuk.
