I bought this buddha from a dealer and he told me that it was kind of an important piece. I think he said that it was vintage Italian that was on display at some museum because on the base there's a museum number. I really don't have any clue on this piece so I was hoping someone can tell me something about it...maker, designer and year of production. Does anyone recognize that symbol or logo or know how it track down the museum number? I wonder if it's a Raymor piece. Would love to know the value of it too if anyone knows.
Thanks!

Very cool, thanks for the info on the designer Parago!
I wonder if it has a similar value compared to the Rosenthal Netter Gambone buddha that's been going for around $500 on eBay?
