There are scammers and spammers galore that collect email addresses of the ads section of this site. Why make it any more easier for them?
I'll bet you a coke, that in the next 72 hours you'll receive confidential stock tip, or an offer for discounted Cialis, or a share of 50 kajillion dollars if you help out some poor widow with some banking matters in Nigeria, or all of the above.

I won the uk lottery 6 times in one week and had some very nice christian people fron Nigeria offer me loads of money in various ways all about a week after posting one of my mail addresses on DA.

I prefer the option available on many sites to be blind-linked to a poster's email. You can send a message to another poster's email but the address isn't published on the site.

the_beloved is right, it is not a good idea to post emails on the forum. If somebody wants to contact somebody else, they can contact us and we will ask if we can send him/her the email address.

I don't care to remove my email...but if the forum wants to edit it out, go for it.
