I'm appalled at Ingo Maurer's service.
I bought an Aka Tsuki which I found quite shoddily made. The bulb holder was so poorly made the bulb clips broke within weeks of use. When Ingo were approached they dismissed it, offering to replace part of the lamp at a cost even greater than the whole lamp. I'm not impressed.
